Our Kaju Barfi is made the way it was in 1975 — premium whole cashews stone-ground fresh each morning, gently cooked with sugar and a spoon of pure desi ghee, then hand-spread on brass trays and finished with pistachio slivers. The result is a melt-in-the-mouth barfi with a clean cashew flavour, never overly sweet. Every box is packed the day it is made.
